A static ad should appear where it makes sense. Matching is based on the website, page content, language, tone, and available space.
Manual enquiries only: Advertising options and availability are provisional. This form does not reserve space, accept a booking, approve publication or collect payment.
Site Owners
Propose a page or spot that could host static monthly ads without disturbing the original visitors.
IT&E Matching
The intended service would place suitable campaigns on IT&E sites or match them with reviewed partner websites. Each proposal would need individual approval.
Paid Trail
Paid advertisers can be listed in the advertiser trail after a campaign, creating a lasting public reference and backlink.
The Flow
The process is simple, but nothing is automatic. Every site, ad, link, image, claim, period, and placement is reviewed first.
Submit
An advertiser submits a campaign, or a site owner submits an available static ad spot.
Review
IT&E checks ethics, site content, language, tone, placement style, page context, and practical availability.
Match
IT&E proposes a suitable spot, campaign period, placement style, and price.
Payment terms
Payment terms will be agreed before any placement. Bookings and payments are not available in this version.
Place
The ad goes live as agreed: text, link, and/or a small high-quality image.
Release
After placement is confirmed and approved, the money is released and the ad remains for the planned period.

What affects price?
Availability, visibility, repetition, number of sites, campaign length, media quality, review work, and whether the placement is on an IT&E-owned site or an approved partner site.
Commercial or social?
A normal commercial campaign is not the same as a volunteer project, local initiative, social campaign, or a serious personal cause. IT&E can take that into account.
Discuss the idea
Contact IT&E to discuss the idea. The options are flexible as long as the campaign is ethical and suitable.
After the campaign
The proposed service may include a reviewed advertiser trail after a campaign. Details will be confirmed before the service becomes available.
Placement Standards
Ads should never punish the people who came to the original site for its normal content.
Allowed Style
Calm static text, normal links, and small polished images that fit naturally with the page.
Not Welcome
No popups, underlays, overlays, deceptive clicks, spammy banners, pushy tactics, or anything that bothers regular visitors.
Manual Approval
Nothing gets placed before IT&E approves the site, campaign, link, image, wording, period, and final spot.
